What part do people play in your efforts to build and maintain a competitive, effective, and rewarding approach to maintenance and reliability? The answer, of course, is EVERYTHING and that’s why this track has attracted such a large number of timely, relevant, and well-attended presentations over the years. This year’s collection of topics will focus once again on ways to counteract the challenges of an aging workforce, including recommendations and case histories that address how to organize for effectiveness, how to teach leadership, how to attract and train the new workforce, and how to measure the effectiveness of your efforts.
